Location & Directions

Located ten minutes from the Monterey Peninsula Airport, Carmel Plaza is nestled at the top of Carmel-by-the-Sea's Ocean Avenue shopping district, just blocks from Highway 1 and the Pacific Ocean.

Take Ocean Avenue off Highway 1 toward downtown Carmel. Carmel Plaza is located on Ocean Avenue between Junipero Avenue and Mission Street.

Climate

The weather in Monterey County varies depending upon the time of year, the time of day, and the area visited.

Dressing in layers is advised since the variations in climate are so great. Generally, light to medium-weight clothing is appropriate, but jackets and raincoats are a good idea in winter.
