Guest Services

Let our "white glove" Concierge Center make your visit to Carmel Plaza a celebration.  Guest Services include personalized shopping tours, custom shopping packages, making reservations and spa appointments and much more.  They even have treats for the pooch!  Gift cards may also be purchased through the Concierge Center.  The Concierge Center is located on the Ocean Avenue level, next to Cole Haan and can be reached at 831.624.1385.
