Please call Carmel Plaza's Concierge Center at (831) 624-1385 for any assistance during normal Carmel Plaza hours or stop by our Ocean Avenue level (Suite 219A) next to Cole Haan for all of your guest service needs including:

* Directions and area information
* Information on Carmel Plaza and surrounding community events and services
* Guided tours throughout Carmel Plaza stores
* Wheelchair offered for on-site use
* Umbrella service
* Copy and fax service

* Hotel & restaurant reservations and recommendations
* Restrooms, an ATM and payphones are located on the 3rd level of the Plaza.
