The Concierge Center is located on the Ocean Avenue level (Suite 219A) next to Cole Haan for all of your guest service needs including:

* One Great Gift Card (Visa) sales
* Directions and area information
* Information on Carmel Plaza and surrounding community events and services
* Guided tours throughout Carmel Plaza stores
* Wheelchair offered for on-site use
* Umbrella service
* Copy and fax service

There are restrooms, an ATM and payphones located on the 3rd level of the Plaza.
